    Reiki is a gentle, noninvasive energy healing practice that channels universal life energy to restore balance in the body, mind, and spirit. During your session, you’ll relax comfortably while energy is guided to where it’s most needed, supporting deep relaxation, stress relief, and the body’s natural healing process.

    Sessions are available in person or remotely. Distance Reiki is just as effective, simply relax in a quiet space while I begin at our scheduled time. For those who wish, I pause the session early to share intuitive messages, insights, or guidance that come through during your healing.
